CASSAVA LEAVE

Ingredients

  1. Beef
  2. Salt
  3. Cooked Beans
  4. Dry Fish
  5. Gardern Eggs
  6. Ogiri
  7. Pepper
  8. Groundnut
  9. Palm Oil
  10. Maggi
  11. Onions
  12. Cassava Leaf

Instruction

When cooking in general, you have to prepare the ingredients before you can start cooking. The following are the things you need to do before setting the fire.

  • Wash the cassava leaf
  • Remove the leaf from the stick and pound it.
  • Remove the pepper stick for the pepper, wash and pound it with the onion
  • Remove the Fish bones from the fish flesh and put it in a blow
  • Wash cooked beans and put it in a blow
  • Plie garden eggs slice and wash it using salt to remove the bitterness. Rinse it with water to remove the seeds.
  • Wash, slice and seasoning beef. Put it in the pot to steam and after steaming, add water to boil.
  • After the beef has cooked, put in the garden eggs, cooked beans, fish, groundnut, oil, small salt and leave it to boil.
  • After the groundnut has cooked, you then put in the pounded cassava leaf with the pepper already pounded with the onion and leave it to boil for about 2mins. After the 2mins, put 2cubes of Maggie.
  • After 3mins of cooking you can then have a taste of the cassava leaf to know if the salt and pepper is enough.
  • When the cassava leaf has cooked, salt, pepper is enough and the water has dry down, you then add a little tola/okra to the cassava leaf to dry properly. Leave it for some mins and then it is ready to eat.
