Cooking Instructions

  • Remove the top layer of the garden eggs and pepper that looks like stick.
  • Remove the top layer of the okra using knife.
  • wash pepper,garden eggs and okra together.
  • Put them in a pot with water and put the pot on the fire for it to boil for 4mins.
  • After they have cooked, squeeze the water out of them.
  • Pound them separately.
  • Add Maggie whilst pounding them for it to be tasty.
  • Rinse the pot again, add water and put it on the fire to boil .
  • When the water has boiled, wash rice and put it in the pot with boiled water, reduce the water, add small salt and leave it to boil.
  • In 2mins time, check the rice to know if the water that you left to cook the rice is enough. if not enough, add the amount of hot water that you need using the previous hot water you remove.
  • Leave it to steam for 2mins, then check it if it has cooked and that there is no water remaining. if so, you can now dish it in a plate, adding the butter, sadden, cooked and pounded pepper, garden eggs and okra. After all these, it is then ready to eat.
