Cooking Instructions

  • Peel the onions wash and then slice.
  • Remove the top layer of the pepper that looks like stick, wash and then pound.
  • Clean with water, cut, season, and meat/fish/chicken. But if you are using meat, you will have to steam and boil it after seasoning before frying it.
  • Wash pot and then put on fire.
  • Wait until the little water that is in the pot has dry down and then add 1pin of oil.
  • Wait till the oil in the pot is hot and then put in the sliced onions for it to fry and cook at the same time in a low flame.
  • When the onions have cooked, add pepper, 1cube Maggie and a little bit of water from the boiled meat.
  • Wait for 2mins and then stir.
  • When the onions and pepper have cooked, you can then add the meat/fish/chicken and then mix. After mixing it, you used the pot cover to cover the sauce for it to steam.
  • Wait for 1min and then add the tin tomato.
  • After 2mins, have a taste of the sauce to know if the ingredients are enough.
  • If they are enough and the sauce taste exactly the way you want it to taste, then it is ready to eat.
