Okra Soup

- Wash and slice okra in a bowl.
- Wash,slice and add 1cube Maggie to meat and leave it to steam. After streaming meat, add 2cups of water and leave it to boil for 3mins.
- Peel garden eggs, slice, rub it with salt and rises with water to remove bitterness and seeds.
- Remove the bones from the flesh of the fish.
- Remove the top that looks like stick at the top of the pepper, and also the first and second layer of the onions. wash them, slice onions and pound it together with the pepper and ogiri.
- Watch the boiling meat if it has cooked, if it has cooked, add the washed garden eggs,fish, cooked beans,palm oil with a little bit of salt and leave it to boil for 1min.
- After the 1min, add the slice okra and pounded pepper with onions & ogiri for it to boil together with the other ingredients for 3mins.
- Have a taste of the sauces to know if the Maggie /salt is enough if not enough add the quantity that is needed and leave it to boil for sometime.
- After sometime, watch if the water has dry down and the okra has cooked. if that is the case, mind you only the palm oil must be seen on top of the sauce. but if the okra has not finishing cooking, add a little boil water.
- The okra soup can only be ready to eat if the okra has finished cooking, water dry down and the palm oil is on top of the sauce.
